All our prices include exclusive use of the lake and accommodation for one full week, Saturday to Saturday, giving you complete privacy and the freedom to enjoy Woodpecker Pool at your own pace.

Booking Terms

  • Arrival: from 13:00
  • Departure: by 09:00
  • £200 Non‑Refundable Deposit Payable at the time of booking to secure your week.
  • £100 Refundable Breakage Deposit Due 8 weeks before your arrival, or at the time of booking if your holiday begins within 8 weeks. This deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the end of your stay, provided no breakages or damages have occurred.

    Bait for your trip

    Bringing bait from the UK into France can be difficult. Current UK and EU regulations prohibit transporting certain bait products, and many anglers have had their bait confiscated at border control. It’s an unnecessary risk — and one you don’t need to take at Woodpecker Pool.

    All our bait is recognised as a natural food source for the fish. Our boilies and pellets have been used here for years, and we know they work. They’re made with high‑quality ingredients that support fish health, growth, and long‑term wellbeing.

    To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, please pre‑order your bait at the time of booking.

    Chocolate Orange Boilies

    Our Chocolate Orange Boilies are fresh frozen baits we have specially rolled for us. They are a light coloured boilie with a slightly sweet flavour with distinct nutty and malty tones.

    Rum and Raspberry Boilies

    10 Euro per kg

    Our Rum and Raspberry Boilies are fresh frozen baits we have specially rolled for us. These are a fishmeal boilie with a deep red colour and an underlying meatiness the fish love.

    House Pellets

    3.50 Euro per kg

    Our 8mm House Pellet is high quality fish farm grade all round carp food. We feed our fish year round with these pellets, so the fish are always tuned into their presence in the water.
